In order to take courses as a private student, you must be enrolled in a graduate program at another higher education institution.
Private student application fee is 500 TL per credit, and one course fee is 3 credits x 500 = 1500 TL. Click for detailed information .

Important :
- The fee must be deposited from the applicant's account.
- When paying the fee, " Special Student Application 23-24 Fall-Applicant's Name " should be written in the description section.
- In order to take courses as a private student, you must be enrolled in a graduate program at another higher education institution.
- The decision of the Institute Board of Directors taken at the private student's own University regarding the private student's request to take courses must reach our Institute by October 13, 2023 (current) at the latest.
Required documents:
- Private Student Course Registration Form (This form must be filled out on a computer and the approval of the Department Head is first obtained, and then this document must be brought to our Institute in person. )
- First of all, the student certificate obtained from the program in which you are currently registered. Thereafter, the decision of the Board of Directors of the Institute by 13 October 2023 (current) at the latest.

Descriptions:
- Private students may voluntarily cancel their registration or request a course change between the Add-Drop dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
- Private student course registration procedures are carried out on a semester basis, and candidates who will apply in the next semester must complete all procedures again.
- Private students pay the tuition fees determined by the Senate, register for courses and attend classes, and, like students registered to the Institute, fulfill their obligations specified in the Postgraduate Education and Examination Regulations for the semester in which they take the course(s), but cannot benefit from student rights.
- Special students are not given diplomas or titles. A document showing special student status, courses taken and grades can be given.
- Private students are subject to the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 18/08/2012 and numbered 28388.
